Anthony Kearns, world-renowned tenor and founding member of The Irish Tenors, will perform during a reception and tribute to U.S. military and their families today, March 1, 2014 at the Salamander Resort & Spa in Middleburg, Va. The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and benefit two leading charitable organizations for America's wounded military service members, veterans and their families - Boulder Crest Retreat for Military and Veteran Wellness and the Coalition to Salute America's Heroes. Mr. Kearns will perform at approximately 6:30 p.m.

THE TESTAMENT OF MARY, the controversial play which closed yesterday following just 16 regular performances, is now igniting a very different kind of controversy: an ad placed for the show on Sunday's New York Times includes a quote, attributed to the show's producer Scott Rudin, which reads: 'Let's give a big cuddly shout-out to Pat Healy, infant provocateur and amateur journalist at The New York Times. Keep it up, Pat - one day perhaps you'll learn something about how Broadway works, and maybe even understand it.'
