Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812 Photos - Off-Broadway

Josh Groban kicked off his residency at Radio City Music Hall last night with a sold-out performance of Josh Groban's Great Big Radio City Show. The show included multiple surprise special guest stars and performers from New York City and the world premiere of a brand-new song, “Empty Sky,” performed by Groban to close out the evening.

 Actors' Equity Association has presented the company members of Head over Heels with the 12th Extraordinary Excellence in Diversity on Broadway Award for the 2018-2019 season. 

Later this week, on March 22, Hadestown will begin preview performances at the Walter Kerr Theatre, ahead of a Wednesday, April 17 official opening night. American Repertory Theater presents ExtraOrdinary, a cabaret retrospective celebrating ten years of musical theater at the A.R.T. The limited run began on Friday, November 16 at the Loeb Drama Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and ends on Friday, November 30, 2018.

Yesterday, June 19, Actors' Equity Association, the labor union for professional stage actors and stage managers, presented the 2018 Advisory Committee on Chorus Affairs (ACCA) Award to the chorus of Once on This Island. The award, established in 2007, is given to what the committee votes on as the outstanding Broadway chorus of the season.

Actors' Equity Association just presented Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812 with the ninth annual "ACCA" Award for Outstanding Broadway Chorus. Presented by Equity's Advisory Committee on Chorus Affairs (ACCA), the ACCA Award is the only industry accolade of its kind to honor the distinctive talents and contributions made by the original chorus members of a Broadway musical.

On May 3, the 2017 Tony nominees flocked to the Sofitel New York, where they met with the press for the first time since getting the big news. American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) presents the West Coast premiere of the Signature Theatre production of OLD HATS. Originally scheduled to close on Sunday, October 5, tickets are now on-sale through Sunday, October 12. Old Hats will perform at A.C.T.'s Geary Theater (415 Geary Street, San Francisco). NATASHA, PIERRE AND THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 - which concluded a hit summer engagement downtown - is now playing at the opulent custom venue Kazino in the Broadway Theater District, on West 45th Street between Times Square and 8th Avenue, for a 14-week limited run. NATASHA, PIERRE AND THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 began performances on Friday, September 27 and is scheduled to run through Sunday, January 5. As BroadwayWorld previously announced, NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 will stand with the Russian LGBT community and to support one of the great advocates for human rights, Human Rights Watch, in their work to end discrimination and abuse against the LGBT community in Russia. The producers of The Great Comet just made a donation of $10,000 plus all food and beverage sales from the show's first performance in the Theater District. Yesterday, 106.7 Lite FM presented the return of its much-anticipated, annual lunchtime theatre summer series, '106.7 Lite FM's Broadway in Bryant Park.' The 2013 program will present the best of Broadway, FREE to the public, on six consecutive Thursdays beginning July 11 at 12:30 p.m. on the Bryant Park Stage. Hosted by Lite FM's on-air personalities, the 13thannual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances will run through August 15. The Off Broadway Alliance, the organization of Off Broadway producers, theaters, general managers, press agents and marketing firms, presented the 3rd annual Off Broadway Alliance Awards last night, June 18th at Sardi's. Producers Howard and Janet Kagan present Dave Malloy's groundbreaking electropop opera NATASHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET OF 1812 at Kazino (West 13th Street and Washington Street). Kazino is a brand new venue created specifically for the show, in the heart of New York's meatpacking district, to transport audiences to a Russian supper club, complete with an authentic Russian menu and bar.
