Los Angeles-based band Swerve has shared their new single, a cover of The Stone Roses' iconic track “I Wanna Be Adored.” The band's reworked version of the classic song debuted at Glide Magazine and is now available on all digital platforms for playlist shares. “I Wanna Be Adored” is featured on Swerve’s anticipated EP The Darkroom, set to be released on June 21 (pre-order). Dundee Rep and Scottish Dance Theatre will make a return to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe this August with three productions set to hit the stage as part of the 2024 Made in Scotland Showcase. Both Dundee Rep Theatre and Scottish Dance Theatre have presented work in the showcase in previous years, but 2024 marks the first time both will be taking part in the same year.
Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the original Reefer Madness, a new revised version Reefer Madness the Musical will open May 30, 2024 at The Whitney. I talked to director/choreographer Spencer Liff during the early days of rehearsals, so casting hadn’t been finalized. Members of the original creative team reuniting to produce are: actors Kristen Bell, Christian Campbell and Alan Cumming, creators Kevin Murphy and Dan Studney, Andy Fickman, who directed 2005's Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical, and America Olivo Campbell.

Threads: My Songs in Symphony features Dolly’s songs and the stories behind them in an innovative multimedia symphonic experience featuring Dolly on screen, leading audiences in a visual-musical journey of her songs, her life and her stories.
