Artistic director Shane Howard will bring together some of Australia and Ireland's finest artists and musicians including Paul Kelly (AUS), Declan O'Rourke (IRE), Pauline Scanlon (IRE), Sean Tyrrell (IRE), John Spillane (IRE), Leah Flanagan (AUS), Steve Cooney (IRE), Aine Tyrell (AUS/IRE) and Lynnelle Moran (AUS) to present the newly created Exile: Songs & Tales of Irish Australia, a vibrant tapestry of stories, imagery and music celebrating the rich Irish influence in this country.

This vibrant tapestry of stories, imagery and music celebrating the rich Irish influence in this country will play one night only in Queensland Performing Arts Centre's (QPAC's) Concert Hall on Monday 29 February 2016, as part of a national tour.

Season three of 'Mickey Mouse,' the multiple Emmy and Annie Award-winning comedy cartoon spotlighting Disney's #1 star, debuts today, JULY 17 (8:25 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel, and will be available on WATCH Disney Channel, Disney.com and iTunes the day after the linear premiere. A special 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs' inspired episode titled 'Wish Upon A Coin' will make its global debut at D23 Expo, Disney's ultimate fan event, on August 14 in Anaheim, California. A worldwide hit since its premiere in June 2013, the shorts have reached nearly 124 million unduplicated viewers worldwide, airing in 163 countries and in 34 different languages.

Saturday, January 31 marked the 42nd Annual Annie Awards recognizing the year's best in animation. The black tie event kicked off at 5 p.m. with Red Carpet arrivals and a VIP champagne reception, followed by the awards ceremony at 7 p.m. and after-party immediately following the show. All events were held at UCLA's Royce Hall. Check out all the winners below!
Van Wezel Holiday Performances to Feature Local Choirs

Sarasota Middle School Honor Choir will perform an opening number of 'Joyful Voices' on the evening performance of Dave Koz's Holiday Tour at the Van Wezel, Friday, November 28 at 8pm. The Honor Choir will also sing 'Dream of Peace' with Dave Koz guest Christopher Cross as well as some of the choirs own selection of a few songs. Sarasota Middle School Choir's teacher is Nadia Sawa.

Disney Channel debuts the first-ever extended episode of the Emmy Award-winning 'Mickey Mouse' cartoon shorts as part of a themed day of programming in honor of Mickey Mouse's birthday today, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 18 (8:00 p.m., ET/PT). The special seven-minute comedic cartoon titled 'Potatoland' finds Mickey, Donald and Goofy on a road trip to Idaho to fulfill Goofy's lifelong dream of visiting what he fondly remembers as Potatoland theme park. DTC to Bring A CHRISTMAS CAROL to Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre, 11/21-12/24

Dallas Theater Center brings a brand new adaptation of the Dickens classic A Christmas Carol to the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre at the AT&T Performing Arts Center for the first time. DTC Artistic Director Kevin Moriarty wrote the new adaptation and will direct the holiday favorite, with choreography by Joel Ferrell. A Christmas Carol makes its Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre debut on November 21 and runs through December 24.
