Academy Award winning director John Lasseter received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame yesterday, the same day that CARS 2 Blu-Ray/DVD was released. On hand to show their support for the director were Owen Wilson, Emily Mortimer, Brad Paisley, Bonnie Hunt, Cheech Marin, John Ratzenberger, Patton Oswalt, Randy Newman and Don Rickles.

Laugh Out Loud (LOL) Comedy Inc., a full service comedy production company founded by entertainment veterans/comedy producers Scott Montoya and Neal Marshall, will release a series of eight stand-up comedy specials beginning April 19, 2011 street date.

Mesa Contemporary Arts (MCA) announces its Spring 2011 Exhibitions. The exhibition will showcase the artwork of various artists. Featured are the 2010 North Gallery proposal winner, Jerry Jacobson's Rust Farms; the 2010 Project Room proposal winner Heather Green with her Vermilion Remains project; and Wood and Stone, Substance and Spirit by Roger Asay and Rebecca Davis. The tour follows their hugely successful reunion tour, "Cheech & Chong: Light Up America," where they performed together for the first time in more than 25 years. The shows are scheduled to begin at 10 p.m. each night.
