The Phantom of the Opera won't just be in your mind June 15 through July 7 as the world tour plays at Istana Budaya.

"Let your mind start a journey through a strange new world, leave all thoughts of the life you knew before". That was the very journey we took, captivated for the next two and a half hours, in the mysterious and heart-wrenching love story.

Everyone knows the musical all too well. At least for those who were already breathing theater when The Phantom of the Opera opened in London's West End in 1986, and on Broadway in 1988.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, the world's most popular musical, today announced the remaining cast members for the long-awaited Asian tour. Presented in Manila by PLDT Smart, the musical premieres at The Theatre at Solaire for a limited season from February 20,2019 and tickets are now on sale through Ticketworld.com.ph.

Phantom of the Opera World Tour - also called the Australasian tour - is produced by RUG Asia Pacific, with local collaborators, and has been on the road since 2004. It has so far visited Shanghai, Seoul, Taipei, Hong Kong, Singapore, Melbourne, Pretoria, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Manila, Bangkok and Singapore. Check out the photos below!
