The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (Central) and MENA Arts UK are pleased to announce a new associateship which will work to promote and celebrate MENA/SWANA voices and to strengthen links between higher education arts training and the industry.   

The Royal Shakespeare Company has announced the full cast and creative team for English in association with the Kiln Theatre. The play will have its European premiere at The Other Place in Stratford-upon-Avon before transferring to the Kiln in London.

MENA Arts UK's first 'Open Mic Night' has officially been set for 10th August 2023. The evening promises an array of artists performing in ten-minute slots celebrating the diversity and talent of some of our most exciting Middle Eastern, North African and surrounding region (MENA+) talent. The performances will take place at MENA Arts UK's residency home, Theatro Technis @ 26 Crowndale, London.

MENA Arts UK has announced their official residency at Theatro Technis @26 Crowndale. They will join other renowned companies: The Gate Theatre, Tamasha Theatre Company, Scene & Heard.

Sisters Fatemeh and Shirin have been living together, in the same flat in Edinburgh, for forty three years. In this flat they cook, they read their coffee grains, they think about the fading memories of their childhood in Tehran and they listen to the radio. Although they live side by side, they never talk to one another. When a global pandemic hits and the sisters are locked in their flat, they are forced to reckon with their memories of a betrayal that changed the course of their relationship.

Fulfilling their mission to showcase the best Spanish and Latin American plays in London, the Cervantes Theatre is delighted to announce the Autumn Season thanks to the support of Acción Cultural Española and Arts Council England. Colin Salmon, star of the James Bond film series, Netflix's Master of None and Syfy's Krypton, has been confirmed to join the cast of the Howard Zinn biopic, The Time Of Our Lies. Guest starring for one night on 2 August, Colin will play the lead role as the American historian, author and social activist, Howard Zinn. Daniel Benzali will star as Howard Zinn for the remainder of the run. With Trang Le and Jessye Romeo also joining the ensemble, The Time Of Our Lies is written by Bianca Bagatourian and directed by Che Walker, with movement by Maureen Fleming.
