STARRING BUFFALO returns for it's 5th season and has programmed the outrageously fun musical, SISTER ACT. The unique concert style production has a found a perfect home at Shea's 710 Theatre, and the stars are in town for a short three-show run  on November 3 and 4, 2023

After a two-year postponement, Road Less Traveled Productions will present Buffalo Stories: The Life of Robert Gioia, a one-night-only fundraiser event on Saturday June 4.

Casting has been announced and tickets are now on sale for Starring Buffalo's EVITA, April 3-4 at Shea's 710 Theater. Tony Award-Winner Lena Hall (Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Kinky Boots) will play Eva, joining the previously announced Robi Hager (Spring Awakening, Bye Bye Birdie) as Che, Nicholas Rodriguez (Tarzan, The Sound of Music) as Juan Peron, Darryl Semira (Mamma Mia, Bombay Dreams) as Magaldi and Leah Berst (MusicalFare's Bright Star) as The Mistress. The ensemble features many of Buffalo's best, including Karen Grace Harty, Matthew Iwanski - Jackson, Katy Miner, Ben Michael Moran, Matthew Rivera, Raphael Santos and Alexandria Watts, as well as nearly 100 other Western New York singers, dancers, and musicians.

The soaring epic musical by seven-time Tony Award winner Andrew Lloyd Webber (The Phantom of the Opera, Cats) and three-time Academy Award winner Tim Rice (The Lion King, Jesus Christ Superstar) charts Eva Peron's rise to become the most powerful woman in Latin America, and features some of musical theater's finest songs, including the smash hit 'Don't Cry for Me, Argentina'.

Broadway's Ben Fankhauser (Newsies, Spring Awakening - Tour) will play Quasimodo in Starring Buffalo's upcoming concerts of THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME, joining previously announced cast members Dan'yelle Williamson (Memphis, Rocky the Musical) as Esmeralda, Jonah Platt (Wicked, Jesus Christ Superstar - Live) as Phoebus, Devin Ilaw (Les Miserables, Miss Saigon) as Clopin, and Keith Ersing (Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra's Fiddler on The Roof) as Frollo. They will team with celebrated Buffalo actors Leah Berst, Charmagne Chi, Arianne Davidow, Matthew Iwanski-Jackson, Dudney Joseph, Ben Michael Moran, Katy Miner, Raphael Santos, and over 100 other contributing Western New York professional and student artists to create an unforgettable theatrical experience.

Scheduled to get the 2018-19 season off to explosive start is the local premier of the musical based on the 1988 cult-classic film, HEATHERS. In her Artistic Director inaugural season and making her debut as a director for ART/WNY, Candice Kogut will oversee this compelling and timely piece of American musical theater. HEATHERS THE MUSICAL opens on September 6th and runs to September 22nd at ART/WNY's new 3200 Elmwood Avenue performance space located in the heart of Kenton, NY. Ticket prices are $25 General/$20 Student and Veteran.

The opening of DEAR WORLD at O'Connell & Company will be postponed one week due to a cast member illness. We will open on Thursday, September 28, 2017, at 7:30pm, Performance dates for DEAR WORLD - A Musical Fable are September 28 - October 22, 2017. One Sunday evening performance has been added, October 15, 2017 at 7pm.
