The Pollard presents the horrifically fun LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS through July 1st, 2023. The cult hit features singable tunes from Howard Ashman and Alan Menken, lovable shop owners, sadistic dentists, and one very bloodthirsty plant. LITTLE SHOP is a romp down memory lane and gives the audience a useful piece of advice- Never, ever feed the plant.

Audiences have a chance to get in on the action and help solve the murder with CLUE: The Musical. Based on the popular whodunnit board game, CLUE is an interactive mystery musical that's entertaining and fun for all audiences. Come ready to investigate, as the ending to this musical changes from night to night.

Using several of your favorite hits from the 1970s, cleverly strewn together, Disaster: the Musical is an homage to the wonderfully, awful disaster movies of the decade. What begins as a celebratory night at the grand opening of a floating casino and discotheque, quickly turns to...well...disaster as the passengers dodge earthquake, inferno, tidal wave, shark attack, diabetes, out of tune guitars, piranhas and more! Though the title may suggest it, The Pollard Theatre's production is far from a disaster.

There's no denying it. It is really, really hot outside. Summer has arrived in full force and the days in the mid-nineties with high humidity have taken over. These are the kind of days that make you want to get inside a dark, air conditioned theater or cinema and spend a few hours enjoying some entertainment that makes you forget about the heat outside and all your other troubles too. Pollard Theatre in Guthrie is currently providing the perfect opportunity for just that with its production of Always…Patsy Cline, a show that goes down like a tall, ice cold glass of perfectly sweetened lemonade on a scorching summer day.

Some shows can challenge a review when it comes to whether or not to recommend a particular production. There can sometimes be long internal debates about whether or not to advise audiences to spend their hard earned money buying those tickets. That is not the case with the Pollard Theatre Company's current production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch. No waffling or wavering here. The best advice about this particular production can be summed up in three words: See. This. Show.

John Mitchell Cameron's Hedwig and the Angry Inch could be considered a rather controversial choice for the Pollard Theatre, however, it is an important choice as it acknowledges the alternative culture growing in America today.

Alice Sycamore (Meg Lowey of Foxboro, Ma), their ever suffering daughter, invites her wealthy fiancé Tony Kirby (Ben Goldsmith of Franklin, Ma) and his extremely conservative parents Mr. Kirby (Jason Hunt of Hopedale, Ma) and Mrs. Kirby (Luanne Perry of Bellingham, Ma) over for dinner...but they come on the wrong night! What ensues is a madcap farce filled with hilarity.
