The next theatrical venture of CAP Merrick opens this weekend! Kick off your 2024 with CARRIE: THE MUSICAL. Directed by Tony Frangipane, with musical direction from Jared Glazer, the production is electric and is bound to be a hit, especially amongst fans of the 1976 Brian De Palma film and Stephen King book of the same name. Audiences are still flocking to the numerous productions of this crowd-pleasing sensation popping up all over the globe. The Cultural Arts Playhouse admirably delivers the hysterical 'Sesame Street for adults' musical, faithfully sticking to the original concept and adding it's own special touches here and there keeping it fresh and exciting.

Theatre is about pushing the boundaries of what's expected. In the Cultural Arts Playhouse's latest production of Fiddler on the Roof, director Eliana Kayelle has taken many risks in her telling of the Broadway classic.
