TWFest 2024 Returns with Literary Events, Award Winners, and Lots of New Orleans Flavor
Kicking off on Sunday, March 17 with the beloved Stella Shouting Contest, the Tennessee Williams and New Orleans Literary Festival returns to the historic French Quarter for its 38th annual celebration of contemporary literature, theatre, New Orleans culture, and, of course, Tennessee Williams. Literary, theatre, music, and cultural events are set for March 20 - 24.
Immersive A GAGA GUIDE TO THE LOWER EAST SIDE Extends Through July 30
Spin Cycle continues the World Premiere of A GAGA GUIDE TO THE LOWER EAST SIDE, a unique immersive theater experience that blends actual historical walking tour, theatrical character monologue and current celebrity worship culture. Performances, which began on Lady Gaga's birthday (March 28) will continue through July 30.
Assembly Festival Extends its Wings for Fringe 2023
Assembly Festival has today (Wednesday 03 May) announced a further 80 shows for its Fringe 2023 programme. This year, the festival is extending its wings across Edinburgh, beyond its festival hubs at Assembly George Square and Assembly Rooms to two new venues, with a co-curated programme at Assembly @ Dance Base and a residency at Murrayfield Ice Rink.

Alan Cumming Directs Jacob Storms' TENNESSEE RISING At The Cell Theatre
Nancy Manocherian's the cell theatre will host the World Premiere of TENNESSE RISING: THE DAWN OF TENNESSEE WILLIAMS, a solo play written and performed by Jacob Storms. Directed by Alan Cumming, performances begin April 11 at the cell. Performances will be presented for a strictly limited audience of 18 with masks and social distancing required.

More than a typical book festival, TWNOLF showcases award-winning writers, actors, musicians, and other artists in over 150 events in the French Quarter and other New Orleans venues.
