McCarrick's play, Leopoldville, won the 2010 Papatango Prize for New Writing.

Co-produced with Norfolk State University Theatre Company, The Parchman Hour journeys through the Deep South with the pioneers who fought discrimination and paved the way for the future. Written and directed by Mike Wiley, this play is adapted from real life accounts of the 1961 Freedom Rides and shares these struggles through music that ranges from spirituals to Bob Dylan.

Performances begin TONIGHT for the Shakespeare on the Sound's immersive production of Macbeth. Directed by Artistic Director Claire Shannon Kelly, Macbeth will transform the idyllic Pinkney Park (177 Rowayton Avenue, Norwalk, CT) on the Five Mile River to the eerie Scottish Highlands to create an immersive experience for the audience; Macbeth's journey will be their journey too.
