TexARTS, located in Lakeway, TX, will welcome video submissions for the upcoming production of The Full Monty. Local, nonunion performers who are 18 or older are encouraged to audition. TexARTS is committed to non-traditional casting and values diversity in all of its forms.

Gary Clark Jr., Grammy Award-winning, genre-spanning guitar virtuoso has confirmed his first tour of 2018, which begins in Lafayette, LA on May 31. Clark and company will crisscross the country and conclude with four consecutive shows at The Fillmore in San Francisco, CA on June 22. Fan Club ticket pre-sales begin February 7 at 10:00 A.M. local time. General ticket on-sale begins February 9 at 10:00 A.M. local time. A special Gary Clark Jr VIP Package will also be available and includes: A reserved seat in rows 1-5 or GA where no seats are available, early entry into venue, GCJ Guitar accessory pack, GCJ pin set and crowd free merch shopping. BWW Review: Pollard Theatre Brings A TERRITORIAL CHRISTMAS CAROL Back for 30th Year
Anywhere you live in the country, there is at least one theater doing it during the holidays at least one theater that has a production known for being the region's big, must-see holiday event. Our part of the country is no different, as there are a few different productions of A Christmas Carol running this month, including some that have been ongoing for some time. In Guthrie, A Territorial Christmas Carol has been an annual family traditions for thirty years. As with many versions of the story, this one adapts it for a different time period, taking it out of Dickensian England and placing it at another moment in history. In keeping with Guthrie's proud history, that moment is the time when Oklahoma was at its youngest, not long after the land run of 1889, when Guthrie was the capital of the new territory, years before it would become a state.

“A rose by any other name should smell as sweet.” Shakespeare may have written it, but INTRUDERS creators seem to find an awful lot of inspiration in that quote. For a while now, Qui Reverti members have been name-dropping Rose in almost every conversation. Just to make sure we're aware of how key she is, costume and set designers have thrown bits of red into almost every scene involving a Reverti member (think Madison's backpack). She's obviously a high-ranking member of Qui Reverti, but who exactly is she?
