Time to return to the city of angels! According to reports, Damien Chazelle, renowned director of La La Land and Whiplash, will be rejoining with Paramount for his next feature. Currently untitled and with no plot details released, the film is scheduled to be released sometime during between 2025 and 2026.

Explore the life and legacy of the iconic Bob Marley with BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE, available for to stream on Paramount+ on April 12. Focusing on a pivotal and tumultuous period in his life, the film encompasses the December 1976 assassination attempt at his Kingston home amid a period of intense political violence in Jamaica.

On Thursday, GRAMMY®-winning Icelandic-Chinese artist, composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Laufey released the music video for her single, Goddess. On Wednesday, the highly anticipated film version of the Broadway musical Wicked, debuted new footage at a CinemaCon panel at Caesars Palace. According to reports, actors Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Michelle Yeoh, and Jeff Goldblum were all in attendance and the presentation featured a newly recorded introduction by the Wizard himself.

Ice Spice, the popular rapper, will be making her acting debut in Spike Lee's next film. A remake of the 1963 Akira Kurosawa thriller, she will join Denzel Washington (who was previously announced) in her first feature film. Fresh off the heals of his 2023 musical hit The Color Purple, director Blitz Bazawule has found his next project. According to Variety, the director will be working with Warner Bros. on a new take on the story of Yasuke, the 16th century African warrior. In addition to Warner Bros, three other studios were also interested in the project, resulting in a bidding war.

Peacock and Sky Atlantic have just released the first full trailer for the upcoming limited series, The Tattooist of Auschwitz. The six-part limited drama series, based on the international bestselling novel by Heather Morris, is inspired by the real-life story of Lali and Gita Sokolov. Brian Cox, known for his role in the hit series Succession, has backed a new petition to save The Old Rep, a historic theatre in Birmingham. Located on Station Street, the theatre opened in 1913 and according to Cox 'Some of the finest actors in the UK have travelled through the place.' These actors include such people as Albert Finney, Laurence Olivier and Ralph Richardson.

Margot Robbie, the acclaimed star of Barbie, has just joined another project based on an iconic piece of IP. With her production company, Robbie will be producing a film based on the board game Monopoly, which is made by Hasbro. It will be a live-action feature, with Hasbro producing as well.

Comedian Tom Segura has just locked in his latest deal with Netflix. This news comes after years of Segura hinting about the series, who also wrote the pilot.
