Live theatre is officially back and Concord Theatricals is celebrating! 'There's No Business Like Show Business' is a digital celebration that launched just last month, marking the return of live theater and all of the incredible people who help to make it happen. The celebration coincides with the 75th anniversary of Irving Berlin's Annie Get Your Gun and its iconic showstopper 'There's No Business Like Show Business,' a song that has more resonance than ever this year.

Rodgers & Hammerstein's classic musical Carousel, under the direction of three-time Tony Award winner Jack O'Brien and choreography by Justin Peck, opens officially Thursday, April 12. Check out photos of the cast in action below!

The Media Theatre has Rodgers and Hammerstein's classic musical 'Carousel' as the opener for its 2017-18 Broadway Series season. The beloved show plays through October 22.

To the tune of classic songs like "If I Loved You," "You'll Never Walk Alone," "June is Bustin' Out All Over," and many more, CAROUSEL transports audiences to turn of the century New England for a romantic tale that transcends heaven and earth.  A ne'er-do-well carnival barker falls in love with a naive girl as the merry-go-round of life spins on and on through hope, tragedy, and ultimately, redemption.

Starting this week, Kate Rockwell will be making her Arena Stage debut as Carrie Pipperidge in the show that was named the 'Best Musical of the 20th Century' by Time Magazine, Rodgers & Hammerstein's Carousel.

When one of the world's major opera houses announced its plans to present the best-known works of Broadway's Rodgers and Hammerstein over a five-season span, no one had reason to believe that the Lyric Opera of Chicago would present a 'Carousel' starring a slew of Broadway, television, opera and ballet stars alongside the cream of Chicago's theatrical and vocal talent (60 actors, singers and dancers in all), supported by an orchestra of 37 players, and all overseen by the same director and musical director who would bring 'The Sound of Music' and 'Peter Pan' to live television, Carrie Underwood, Christopher Walken and all.

New York theatre director Phillip Fazio has teamed up with Los Angeles actress Sarah Wolter, who is making her directorial debut, and together have directed a hauntingly poignant production of Carousel for Mesa Encore Theatre. The musical direction is by Debra Jo Davey and choreographer is Jennifer Cafarella (Ballet Arizona). BroadwayWorld brings you a first look at the production below!

The Tony Awards held the 2013 Film Series on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at The Paley Center for Media. Featured were screenings of the historic 25th Annual Tony Awards broadcast as well as the 1967 Armstrong Circle Theatre version of 'Carousel.'

Based on the Jan De Hartog play, The Fourposter, the story spans fifty years, from 1895 to 1945, as it focuses on the trials and tribulations, laughters and sorrows, and hopes and disappointments experienced by Agnes and Michael Snow throughout their marriage. I DO! I DO! is a remarkably intimate, romantic piece. We are invited into the bedroom of newlyweds Michael & Agnes who anticipate a wonderful blissful life…'Together Forever' as one of the early musical selections would have us believe. As we all know, reality sets in as the young couple struggle to maintain their happiness, passion, devotion and yes even a sense of humor, through all the joys, pains, trials and tribulations that they share in their 50 years of marriage.

Fountain Hills Community Theater is proud to announce the opening of Carousel, the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical that reigned on Broadway from 1945 through 1947 and was voted "the greatest musical of the twentieth century" by TIME magazine.

This year's Theatre World Awards, celebrating outstanding Broadway or Off-Broadway debut performances during the 2006-2007 theatrical season, was held at New World Stages on Tuesday, June 5, 2007
