Pop the champagne – the longest running musical now playing on Broadway has reached another milestone! On Tuesday, November 14th, the Tony, Olivier, and Grammy Award-winning smash hit musical Chicago celebrated its 27th year as a Broadway institution.  Check out video footage from the unveiling here!

Tonight, Chicago welcomed actress and singer Olivia Holt making her Broadway as “Roxie Hart”, Kimberly Marable in the role of “Velma Kelly,” Liam Fennecken in the role of “Amos Hart”, and welcomed back Charity Angél Dawson as “Matron 'Mama' Morton' and Erich Bergen as 'Billy Flynn'. See video of their opening night bows!

University of Colorado graduate Matt Murphy is a rising New York theatre producer whose breakout hit is now entering its third provocative year off-Broadway. CHICAGO, Broadway's longest running American musical, just held a celebratory cocktail reception yesterday at New York City's The Palm Restaurant West Side location to officially launch the show's 20th anniversary year. Lead producer Barry Weissler addressed the crowd to toast the occasion and announce initiatives taking place over the next year in the lead-up to the official anniversary celebration and performance this November. Last night, the two couples danced a lively Charleston to the show's iconic numbers 'All That Jazz' and 'Hot Honey Rag'.

Television personality Bill Maher recently addressed liberals who have deviated from portions of the liberal agenda, including Dolce and Gabanna who do not support gay marriage. Maher says he thinks liberals need to lighten up, saying, 'What is the point in attacking people who are 95% on your side?' Check out the clip below!

Side Show, based on the true life story of conjoined twins Daisy and Violet Hilton, is set to be revived at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. in performances running from June 14 - July 13, 2014. Side Show originally opened on Broadway in 1997, starring Alice Ripley and Emily Skinner as the Hilton twins. Telling the story of their rise from circus attractions to famous vaudeville performers during the Great Depression, Side Show brings us the sisters' lifelong search for fortune, romance, and a spot on the stage.
