White Heron Theatre Company of Nantucket will open it's first production of the 2023 summer season, Blithe Spirit, by Noël Coward (Present Laughter, Private Lives) and directed by Skip Greer. Greer returns to Nantucket after directing 2017's Outside Mullingar for White Heron.

Diane Fletcher and Rachel Pickup, will lead the cast in Tom Littler's production of Somerset Maugham's For Services Rendered, the opening play of Jermyn Street Theatre's Memories Season. Diane Fletcher, who plays Charlotte Ardsley, is best known for creating the role of Elizabeth Urquhart opposite Ian Richardson in the BBC series House of Cards. Her career includes leading roles at The National Theatre, The RSC, The Royal Court and on the West End stage as well as numerous television and film appearances. Rachel Pickup will play Eva. Her career encompasses roles in the West End, the RSC, On Broadway and Off Broadway, leading roles on film and television as well as many regional theatres throughout the UK and in the US. Her stage highlights include: The Merchant of Venice at The Globe Theatre and Stephen Unwin's production of Miss Julie at The Rose Theatre Kingston for which she was nominated for the Best Actress Critics' Circle Award.

The plays are directed by Jamie Lloyd, Patrick Marber, Ed Stambollouian, Lyndsey Turner and Lia Williams, with design by Soutra Gilmour, lighting design by Jon Clark and Richard Howell, and sound and music by George Dennis and Ben & Max Ringham. Theater fills the Lackland Performing Arts Center as Centenary Stage Company announces its 2018/19 professional theater line-up. This season's main stage professional theater series includes four exciting CSC productions ranging from horror to a world premiere, from a spectacular musical to a timely relevant classical text. The season launches with Bram Stoker's classic horror Dracula adapted and directed by Charles Morey. The season continues with the rolling world premiere of Apples in Winter by Jennifer Fawcett. CSC's Family Holiday Spectacular returns with everyone's favorite orphan in Annie: The Musical. Finally, theatre luminaries Randall Duk Kim and Anne Occhiogrosso return to present John Alan Wyatt's translation of Henrik Ibsen's An Enemy of the People. Centenary Stage Company's Women Playwrights Series also returns and new for 2018/19 season Centenary Stage Company will be presenting the Gates Ferry Series: "What is Truth?" led by guest artists Randall Duk Kim and Anne Occhiogrosso.
