A big production hits our Chicago theatre landscape this fall. Revitalizing the local theatre scene and bringing thrills and chills to the stage, the original London production of THE WOMAN IN BLACK began previews November 15, with an officla opening on November 18 at the Royal George Theatre, 1641 N. Halsted St.

THE WOMAN IN BLACK - West End Thriller Comes to Pasadena Playhouse

Pasadena Playhouse, the State Theater of California, presents London's second longest-running West End play The Woman in Black, Today, October 17 through Sunday, November 11.  (Press opening is October 18). Over eight million people have lived to tell the tale of one of the most successful - and terrifying - theatre events ever staged. It is coming to rattle audiences in Pasadena just in time for Halloween, with all the stage wizardry that has led audiences in London to shriek in fear for over 28 years.

PW Productions are delighted to announce the full cast of the UK and US tour of Stephen Daldry's seminal production of JB Priestley's classic thriller "AN INSPECTOR CALLS" which opens at York Theatre Royal on Friday 14 September 2018 before touring to Cambridge Arts Theatre, New Wimbledon Theatre, Cheltenham Everyman Theatre, Shakespeare Theatre Washington DC, Wallis Annenberg Center Los Angeles, Chicago Shakespeare Theater and Arts Emerson, Boston. Susan Hill's THE WOMAN IN BLACK To Kick Off Season At Cleveland Play House

Cleveland Play House (CPH) kicks off its 2018-2019 Season with the spine tingling tale of Susan Hill's The Woman in Black.  Hill's gothic ghost story, adapted for the stage by Stephen Mallatratt, will star Bradley Armacost as Arthur Kipps and Adam Wesley Brown as the Actor in the show that Daily Mail called, "A nerve-shredding experience."  Director Robin Herford will recreate his original staging from the London West End.  The American premiere of the West End Production is produced by PW Productions and Pemberley Productions.  Previews begin on September 15th, with press opening on September 21st at the Allen Theatre in Playhouse Square.

Full Cast Announced for Buckland Theatre's LUV

Today, Buckland Theatre Company has announced casting for LUV, the company's second production at PARK90 at Park Theatre. Directed by Gary Condes, Nick Barber will play Milt, Elsie Bennett will play Ellen and Charles Dorfman will play Harry. Written by Murray Schisgal (best known for co-writing the screenplay for Tootsie), LUV premiered on Broadway in 1964 directed by Mike Nichols and was Tony nominated for Best Play and Best Author. LUV will play at PARK90 from 8 Decemberuntil 7 January with an official press night on 13 December.
