Curve has announced a programme of performances, events and free activities to mark Black History Month this October.

eautiful tells the inspiring true story of King's remarkable rise to stardom, from being part of a hit song-writing team with her husband Gerry Goffin, to her relationship with fellow writers and best friends Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann, to becoming one of the most successful solo acts in popular music history.

With only 8 weeks to go, Jim Jacobs & Warren Casey's iconic musical GREASE, has so far been seen by over 250,000 people in the West End making it the Dominion Theatre's most successful summer run since We Will Rock You. GREASE began previews on 3 May 2022 with an official opening on 17 May 2022. The musical last played the Dominion Theatre 26 years ago, closing in 1996, and was as popular and busy this time round, as it was then. 

Sita McIntosh, former Chief Operating Officer of leading UK theatre website WhatsOnStage, has been appointed as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Leicester’s Curve theatre.

Principal casting has been announced for Made at Curve's production of Irving Berlin's WHITE CHRISTMAS touring the UK this winter. The production will star Jay McGuiness as Bob Wallace, Lorna Luft as Martha Watson, Michael Starke as General Waverly and Dan Burton, Jessica Daley and Monique Young returning in their roles as Phil Davis, Betty Haynes and Judy Haynes respectively.

Leicester's Curve theatre has revealed the full cast joining this Summer to mark the 50th anniversary of the Ugandan Asian exodus.

ANNIE will embark on a UK tour opening at Curve, Leicester on Saturday 25 February 2023. This production enjoyed sell-out UK and Ireland tours throughout 2015/16 and in 2019, as well as extended seasons in both the West End and Toronto.

All new photos have been released of Jason Donovon as Teen Angel in the West End production of Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey's iconic musical GREASE, which opened at the Dominion Theatre on Tuesday 17 May. 

Due to a number of cases of Covid-19 amongst the Billy Elliot the Musical company, the production is now delayed, with performances beginning 13 July.
