Producers Whoopi Goldberg, TROIKA Entertainment, LLC and Sister Act On Tour, LLC, present the second National Tour of SISTER ACT, which launched October 14 at the DuPont Theatre in Wilmington, DE. Producers Whoopi Goldberg, TROIKA Entertainment, LLC and Sister Act On Tour, LLC, are pleased to announce that the second National Tour of SISTER ACT will launch on October 14 at the DuPont Theatre in Wilmington, DE.

The Gallery Players of Park Slope, Brooklyn are hosting the 16th Annual Black Box New Play Festival. The Festival premieres 14 new plays, varying from 10 minute to full length productions, over the course of four weekends. Each weekend will contain a different program of plays, beginning May 30th and running to June 23rd. Performances will take place at 8:00pm on Thursday, Today and Saturday, as well as 3:00pm on Sunday.

Performance Now Theatre Company proudly presents Meet Me in St. Louis currently playing through October 16 at the Lakewood Cultural Center. Meet Me in St. Louis is a musical based on 'The Kensington Stories' by Sally Benson and the 1944 MGM motion picture Meet Me in St. Louis. It tells the story of an American family living in St. Louis at the time of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition World's Fair in 1904. Their love and respect for each other is tempered with the genuine humor that can only be generated by such a special family. Memorable musical numbers include The Boy Next Door, A Raving Beauty, The Trolley Song, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, and the title song, Meet Me in St. Louis.

Directed by Jill Sierchio, this critically-acclaimed dark comedy which premiered at the 2005 Edinburgh Fringe Festival begins previews September 23 at Altered Stages. Opening night is slated for Tuesday, September 25.
