Nederland Dans Theater, one of the premiere dance venues in Europe, makes its first return to Sadler's Wells since 2018 bringing together three very different pieces which go from the dream-like to the very real and heart-rending.

Nearing the end of the company’s first full season since 2019 - a season that saw audiences eagerly returning to the joy and thrill of live theatre, bringing back pre-pandemic subscription levels, full houses, and sold-out shows – Canadian Stage has announced an ambitious 23.24 season defined by thrilling and urgently relevant contemporary theatre and performance work from Canada and around the world.

The refugee crisis is one of the greatest humanitarian crises of our lifetime. In the award-winning Flight Pattern from 2017, Crystal Pite portrays a human catastrophe, with her distinct language of movement and in a fearless and empathetic manner. Parallel to the expansion of the work from one to three acts, Europe once again finds itself in a situation that was the springboard for Flight Pattern, with millions of people being forced to leave their homes. 

The National Ballet of Canada has returned to New York City Center for the first time in 15 years and we give the troupe an enthusiastic welcome.

Sacramento Ballet's Visions series (March 31 - April 2, 2023) brings a newly commissioned, world premiere by renowned choreographer Jermaine Maurice Spivey titled COURSE OF ACTION.

Hope Muir, Joan and Jerry Lozinski Artistic Director of The National Ballet of Canada, announced the casting for the tour to New York City Center. The company will present the US premiere of Crystal Pite’s Angels’ Atlas, the New York premiere of David Dawson’s Anima Animus and Kenneth MacMillan’s Concerto, March 30 – April 1, 2023.

MorDance will celebrate its tenth anniversary performance season with two groundbreaking world premiere ballets centering themes of activism and humanity. Performances are April 28-29, 2023 at 7:30pm at the Gerald W. Lynch Theater at John Jay College as part of the CUNY Dance Initiative.

Houston Contemporary Dance Company's primary focus is to provide Houstonians with opportunities to view world class contemporary concert dance and engage with the artists involved, including dancers, choreographers and designers. Coincide will present 2 World Premieres by Alexander Anderson and Yoshito Sakuraba. The company will also present works from Choreographers Eoghan Dillon, Andrea Dawn Shelley and a film from Hope Stone Dance.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts presents the North American Premiere of Christopher Wheeldon's latest ballet Like Water for Chocolate from American Ballet Theatre for six performances from Wednesday, March 29 through Sunday, April 2.

Danse Danse reveals a highlight of its 2023–2024 season: Message In A Bottle, a spectacular production celebrating contemporary and street dance styles, with a soundtrack of hits by renowned singer–songwriter Sting. A performance event by choreographer Kate Prince, featuring the dancers of ZooNation, on stage March 12 to 16, 2024 at Place des Arts.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts presents the North American Premiere of Christopher Wheeldon's latest ballet Like Water for Chocolate from American Ballet Theatre for six performances from Wednesday, March 29 through Sunday, April 2. Center audiences will be the first in the country to experience this magical Mexican love story with the stellar dancers of ABT translating this richly layered story.

Seattle Theatre Group (STG) will present the Seattle premiere of Kidd Pivot's riveting and inventive performance work “Revisor” for one night only at the Paramount Theatre on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 7:30 PM.

Critically acclaimed choreographer Pam Tanowitz will present her second world premiere for The Royal Ballet this Season as part of a special programme in the Linbury Theatre. Hot on the heels of her November mainstage debut Dispatch Duet, Tanowitz's latest offering for the Company will be presented alongside the first revival of her acclaimed ballet Everyone Keeps Me and a film screening of Dispatch Duet.

Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) present a trio of works at Sadler's Wells on Wednesday 19 - Saturday 22 April. The three works in this UK premiere span continents and contemporary, global issues.
