Concord Theatricals has announced the acquisition of Keli Goff's The Glorious World of Crowns, Kinks and Curls for its Samuel French imprint. Goff is a writer/producer on the Sex And the City reboot And Just Like That, which begins airing on HBO Max this Thursday, December 9.

The Broadway Advocacy Coalition has announced the second annual BAC Artivism Fellowship to support artist activists using their tools to have an impact on the world around them. Applications are due Thursday, November 25th, 2021.

CHICKEN & BISCUITS, the new comedy written by Douglas Lyons and directed by Zhailon Levingston, made its Broadway debut just last night, October 10, at the Circle in the Square Theatre (235 West 50th Street.) The limited engagement runs through Sunday, January 2, 2022.

Asolo Repertory Theatre announced its 2021-22 season today. Asolo Rep will kick off in November with a musical that will set the tone for the whole season with its message of exuberant hope and love for all humanity. The winter repertory season includes three incredible works that speak to family, community and love.

New York Theatre Workshop announced today programming for the months of February & March, including Hilton Als Presents by Artistic Instigator & Pulitzer Prize winner Hilton Als; a benefit reading of For Which It Stands by Lee Edward Colston II; and Open Office Hours, a new NYTW pilot program; as well as free Virtual Programming events.

As the coronavirus pandemic continues, this new season allows both the rehearsal process for cast and crew, as well as the delivery of the productions to audiences, to happen in the safest way while also best honoring the spirit of each production.
