The Bucks County Playhouse presents THE NEW WORLD, with music by Gary Adler, lyrics by Phoebe Kreutz, and book by Regina Decicco & L.F. Turner, directed by Stafford Arima, with choreography by Lorin Latarro. Performances begin November 7 and run through December 2, 2017.

Directed by Charles Quittner, Cymbeline the inaugural production of Shuga Pie Supreme, co-founded by Charles Quittner and Anne Ciarlone. The play runs August 20th, 21st, and 26th at The Brick as part of their Shakespeare in the Theater Festival.

2017 FRIGID Festival presents A Ragged Man production of Go! Go! Gilgamesh!, written by Phoebe Kreutz and directed by Jacob Brandt. The show runs tonight, February 15th, through February 28th as part of the 2017 FRIGID Festival.

The epic of the Gilgamesh is the first story ever written down by human beings and it is a doozy. Sex, power, violence, love, guilt, and death- it's all there. But now the classic tale is getting a lively, irreverent makeover in this high-spirited musical romp complete with cardboard sets, a self-orchestrated cast and toe-tapping joke folk hits!

For one night only, Dixon Place will present the workshop premiere of The Commercially Unviable Queer Trash Theatre Cycle: a raucous and irreverent night of plays by Kev Berry, on July 28th at 7:30 presented as part of the 25th Annual Hot! Festival of queer culture.

When I think of NYMF, I typically think of quirky musicals that would otherwise slip through the cracks of mainstream theatre. HELD MOMENTARILY: A NEW MUSICAL, with book, music, and lyrics by Oliver Houser, fits perfectly into this box, and given its previous performance history at 2014's New York International Fringe Festival, that is no surprise.

HELD MOMENTARILY - the new musical featuring India Carney, the singer and actress who was a 2015  finalist on NBC-TV's "The Voice"- has announced a second extension for its engagement at The New York Musical Theatre Festival. Scheduled to run through Monday, July 27, 2015, the production has added an additional performance on Thursday, July 23 at 9:00 PM at PTC Performance Space (555 West 42nd Street in New York).
