The 5th ANNUAL NEW YORK INDIE THEATRE ONE-MINUTE PLAY FESTIVAL (#1MPF) returns to for its fifth year, in partnership with New Ohio Theatre. The 5th Annual NY Indie 1MPF runs three performances only; Sunday, June 2nd, Monday, June 3rd, and Tuesday, June 4th at 8pm. All performances are at New Ohio Theatre (154 Christopher Street). Unattended Baggage takes an honest look at one of the United States' most despised subcultures to question what being 'fam' really means with the World Premiere of American Juggalo. As a night at The Gathering of the Juggalos unfolds, a group of hardcore Insane Clown Posse (ICP) fans begin to question what being a Juggalo is really about and if their shared love of ICP is strong enough for them to create a chosen family that will stand the test of time.

I'm Smiling Because I'm Uncomfortable will make its West Coast premiere in kitchens Wednesday, June 20th through Monday, June 25th as part of the San Diego International Fringe Festival. The show runs fifty minutes. The kitchen is located at 951 Fifth Ave (a five-minute walk from the Fringe Festival Hub!). The play is written and performed by Emma Howard, directed by Sean Pollock and Hana Mastrogiacomo, and produced by Alyssa Berdie.

LAUNDRYFEST will make its world premiere at The Soap Box, 110 Saratoga Ave, Brooklyn NY 11233. The show will be comprised of site specific and site responsive pieces in an actual laundromat. The festival, produced by The Motor Company (Lillian Meredith, Artistic Director; Jessica Schmidt, Producing Director), will feature new short plays and musicals by Sean Pollock, Billy Recce, Ben Holbrook and Cherry Lou Sy. Directors include NJ Agwuna, David Kahawaii, Phoebe Padget, and Lillian Meredith. The festival is co-curated and co-produced by Sean Pollock. Ticket holders will be told the exact location of underground venue the day of show.
