'Marilyn Maye: 94, Of Course There's More!' at Feinstein's/54 Below in NYC. Marilyn Maye celebrated her 94th birthday with a run of 10 shows in the NYC Nightclub. Featuring songs from the Great American Songbook and from the Broadway stage, Marilyn brought her special brand of energetic positivity to the Manhattan crowd and shows no signs of slowing down!

Billy Stritch & Gabrielle Stravelli couldn’t see it from the stage, but behind every audience member’s mask at the Kravis Center last night was a smiling face. Reason being… it’s a rare treat when artists of this caliber join forces for an evening of song.  

The audience may have been masked but nothing could mask the joy, admiration, excitement, and love in the Wick Theater for Marilyn Maye, arguably the world’s greatest Cabaret artist.  Nicolas King the young super singer, over a half century behind Marilyn shared the stage with her and made this engagement an historic evening of music.

Last week, the final encore of her acclaimed concert “Melissa Errico Sings Her New York” at Feinstein’s/54 Below had some very special guests in the audience, including Tony-winning Broadway star Donna McKechnie, David Cone of the New York Yankees, plus Errico’s 3 daughters and her husband, tennis star and ESPN commentator Patrick McEnroe.

Willard Manus' adaptation of A JOURNAL OF THE PLAGUE YEAR, by Daniel ('Robinson Crusoe') Defoe, will be performed by Write Act Rep from Nov. 13th - Dec. 19th, 2021 at the Brickhouse Theatre in North Hollywood. Produced by Write Act's artistic director John Lant and by Anne Mesa, the play is directed by Daniel E. Keough.

This last Monday, the weekly fun at Jim Caruso’s Cast Party continued with a full list of singers and a packed house eager to cheer.  Pop/tv/theater star Nicole Scherzinger showed up while in town rehearsing for the “Annie” movie, and leading lady Melissa Errico caused some musical theater swooning!

Friends, Celebrities, Fans, Dick Robinson’s Legends Radio, together with Mo Rocca and the CBS Sunday Morning Show crew were all in the Cabaret Room at The Wick Theater last night for a momentous performance by Marilyn Maye on the occasion of her 93rd Birthday.  It wasn’t only CBS that had its cameras on for the big event. 

Provincetown's Art House theater has announced its upcoming music and comedy lineup. Returning center stage is the Broadway @ series first launched in 2011 by Producing Artistic Director Mark Cortale and Sirius XM radio star Seth Rudetsky, and now in more than a dozen major venues worldwide.

Many of Broadway's top stars are set to take the stage as part of Provincetown Art House's summer 2020 lineup. The lineup will include Kelli O'Hara, Kristin Chenoweth, Stephanie J. Block, Beth Leavel, Liz Callaway, Jenn Colella, Beth Malone, and many more!

They were the highly awaited Christmas TV Specials. The Perry Como Christmas Show directed by Dwight Hemion and the Dean Martin Christmas Specials directed by Greg Garrison. These evenings had a more casual party atmosphere than the star's regular shows with some well placed poignant moments to celebrate the season. Day two of the 2019 Mabel Mercer Foundation's 2019 New York Cabaret Convention filled Rose Theater at Jazz at Lincoln Center with a lot of Heart and Soul and the music of Frank Loesser last night. The Convention audience was immersed with the music of one of the greatest Broadway songwriters as one by one 23 renowned Cabaret artists performed Frank Loesser hits. The one and only Marilyn Maye brought the evening to a stunning conclusion with her rendition of Joey, Joey and her exciting 3/4 time version of Luck Be A Lady Tonight all arranged and played by the remarkable pianist Tedd Firth.
