Million Dollar Quartet opened at Dutch Apple Dinner Theater on September 17, and it serves as a solid choice to reacquaint local audiences with the unique magic of live theater. I was tempted to joke that it was the best show that I saw in the last six months, with the follow up punch line that it was the only show that I saw in the last six months. However, Million Dollar Quartet doesn't deserve my sarcasm. It's a good show. The production would be equally entertaining and fun before, during, or after the pandemic.

The cast of The Office! A Musical Parody had a welcome visitor recently when Kim M. Ferry stopped backstage to offer up some of her insider knowledge of the iconic television show. Ferry worked as the Hair Department Head for 'The Office' for all nine seasons at NBC. She took over the hair chair and spent time shaping, braiding and combing the locks of Michael Santora (Dwight), Katie Johantgen (Angela Martin), Taylor Coriell (Pam Beesly) and Ani Djidjiran (Kelly Kapoor).
