Chris Rock's Film, "Top Five", Spike Lee's Film, "Son of the South", TBS TV's "Are We There Yet?" and Jordan Matter's Book, "Circus Among Us". She has been featured in various Television Commercials, Including "Heely's", "BMW", "UNICEF" and can be heard on Voiceovers for "HESS", "Z100" and more. She is grateful to have had the opportunity to sing backup for Mariah Carey, choreographer by Debbie Allen for The Rockefeller Tree Lighting Ceremony and for Keri Hilson for the 5th Avenue UNICEF Snowflake Lighting. Laurissa “Lala” Romain will celebrate the release of her new song, 'Barriers' in her solo show at The Green Room 42 on Saturday, October 2nd at 9:30pm. In August, Lala was the Opening Act for Dermot Kennedy and Joy Oladokun for a sold-out crowd of 6,000 at The Leader Bank Pavillion in Boston.

Having made her Broadway debut in 2017 as Ti Moune in ONCE ON THIS ISLAND, the audience cheered Hailey Kilgore as she ran onstage at Feinstein's/54 Below in a green, flowing dress for her opening number, 'The Wizard and I,' announcing in song this is what she's 'waited for since birth!' Making her solo debut on Jan. 30, her enthusiasm was infectious, her voice shimmered through each sustained note, and even those who knew her seemed surprised at the volume and strength that carried each song.
