Ian Hislop and Nick Newman's satirical play The Wipers Times has just two weeks remaining of its limited West End season at the Arts Theatre which must end on 1 December 2018.

Welsh singer Aled Jones is to make a special guest appearance in the charity gala performance of Ian Hislop and Nick Newman's play The Wipers Times on Remembrance Sunday 11 November at 6pm at the Arts Theatre, London in support of The Royal British Legion's Thank You campaign. He will be performing Silent Night with members of The Wipers Times acting company. The arrangement of Silent Night is taken from Aled's new album (with Russell Watson) In Harmony which is released on 9th November. There will be other surprise cameo appearances during the show. The evening will also include an introduction, post-show talk and Q & A with Ian and Nick and an exclusive post-show reception. This special performance coincides with the commemoration of the end of WWI.

The ShakesBEER pub-crawl is a fall happening, and like the other programs by New York Shakespeare Exchange, it is entertaining and captivating. The presentations were held on three consecutive Saturday afternoons on 9/15, 9/22, and 9/29.

To coincide with the commemoration of the end of WW1 there will be a special gala performance of Ian Hislop and Nick Newman's play The Wipers Times on Remembrance Sunday 11 November at 6pm at the Arts Theatre, London in support of The Royal British Legion's Thank You campaign. The play is currently on a UK tour and begins a 7-week season at the Arts Theatre on 18 October.

Ian Hislop and Nick Newman's play, The Wipers Times tells the true and extraordinary story of the satirical newspaper created in the mud and mayhem of the Somme. It comes to Birmingham Repertory Theatre from Monday 8 - Saturday 13 October following two sold-out tours and a critically acclaimed West End season.

Following a sold-out UK tour, The Wipers Times transfers to the West End for a season at the Arts Theatre, with performances from Tuesday 21 March - Saturday 13 May 2017 (Press Night: Monday 27 March at 7:00pm).

The stage premiere of Ian Hislop and Nick Newman's award-winning BBC film The Wipers Times comes to the Lyceum Theatre from Thursday 3 November - Saturday 5 November, telling the extraordinary true story of the satirical newspaper created amidst the mud and mayhem of the Somme.

The Watermill Theatre announces the company for The Wipers Times, by Ian Hislop and Nick Newman opening on 22 September until 29 October at The Watermill Theatre, and then on tour to Lyceum Theatre, Sheffield, New Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich and Salisbury Playhouse.

New York Shakespeare Exchange, the company that popularizes Shakespeare with innovative programs like The Sonnet Project and the ShakesBEER Pub Crawls, presents a boldly inclusive 'Hamlet.' Running from Wednesday March 23 through Saturday April 9, at the Flamboyan Theater, 107 Suffolk Street, Shakespeare Exchange's 'Hamlet10' will be brought to life by uniquely diverse ensemble of just 10 actors who will play all the roles in the play, including, by turns, the role of the tragic Danish prince.  These ten faces of Hamlet (five female and five male) will stress how aspects of Hamlet reside in us all.

Join the cast of ShakesBEER as they head to historic Stone Street for the final pub crawl of the 2015 season on Saturday, November 7th and Saturday, November 14th.

The event kicks off at The Dubliner (45 Stone Street), before traveling on to Bavaria Bier Haus (19 S William Street) and two additional other bars to be announced. Admission is $45, which includes four drink tickets redeemable for beer, wine and select cocktails at the participating bars. Check-in begins at 2:30 PM at The Dubliner for the 3 PM kick off. Gulfshore Playhouse will begin their 2014-2015 season with their Second Annual New Works Festival, to take place September 1-7, 2014. The week-long festival will bring together a tram of actors and directors, and will allow each of the four playwrights the opportunity to hone their play and then present their work to an audience in a staged reading.

Cool off after a day at the beach with eight evenings of music (plus one free family afternoon) at Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater. By popular demand, this year's line up is a sampling of many music styles, from some of the best acts in their genre. Concerts are Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 8pm, on the Julie Harris Stage. A free family concert is Sunday, July 13 at 4pm, in the garden in front of the theater.
