The best of Broadway will be performing FREE on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 LITE FM's Broadway in Bryant Park 2016' - a lunchtime series that continued this week, August 4 on the Bryant Park Stage. Hosted by LITE FM's on-air personalities, the 16th annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances will run through Thursday, August 11.

In celebration of Bastille Day, Tony Award-winning AN AMERICAN IN PARIS director/choreographer Christopher Wheeldon will be featured on Reddit.com's "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) on Thursday, July 14 at 12:00pm EST. The 30th annual Easter Bonnet Competition, celebrating six weeks of fundraising by 58 Broadway, Off-Broadway and national touring companies, raised a record-shattering $5,528,568 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the largest grand total from either an Easter Bonnet Competition or Gypsy of the Year fundraising campaign in Broadway Cares history. The show featured a surprise performance by rock legend Stevie Nicks, two top awards to Lin-Manuel Miranda and the cast of Hamilton, and more than 230 of the best actors, singers and dancers in New York. Featuring performances by more than 230 Broadway and Off-Broadway singers and dancers, the Broadway Inspirational Voices and a stellar lineup of Broadway favorites, this year's fundraising total was a whopping $5,528,568!
AN AMERICAN IN PARIS to Celebrate 1st Anniversary on Broadway with 'Cake Boss' Treat
The Tony Award-winning hit musical AN AMERICAN IN PARIS celebrates its first year on Broadway tonight, Tuesday, April 12. Since it opened on April 12, 2015 at the Palace Theatre, AN AMERICAN IN PARIS has played 416 regular performances and 29 previews and has been seen by over 650,000 people. Following the performance on April 12, the cast will be treated to a special anniversary cake provided by Carlo's Bakery.

A brilliant cast of dancers from Broadway's biggest hits and some of the most sought-after dance companies will bring to life Pure Motion, an evening of dances by emerging choreographer Ray Mercer. Produced by and benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, the evening will feature cast members from Broadway's An American in Paris, The Lion King and Wicked as well as past and current dancers from Ailey II, Company XIV, Complexions Contemporary Ballet, Nederlands Dans Theater and more.
GIGI, Starring Vanessa Hudgens, Closes Today on Broadway; Tour to Launch Next Year
Gigi, the new Broadway production of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe's beloved Oscar and Tony Award-winning musical comedy, will play its final performance today, Sunday, June 21 at the Neil Simon Theatre (250 West 52nd Street). The production, which began previews on Thursday, March 19 and opened officially on Wednesday, April 8, will have played 20 previews and 86 performances.
