200 More Elephants to Appear at the Daryl Roth Theatre as IN & OF ITSELF Extends Again
Due to overwhelming demand, the critically-acclaimed IN & OF ITSELF - created and performed by three-time Academy of Magical Arts Award winner Derek DelGaudio (Nothing to Hide) and directed by four-time Emmy Award winner Frank Oz (Little Shop of Horrors, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Star Wars) - has announced that 200 more gold bricks will vanish, 200 more elephants will appear on stage, 200 more people will be kicked out of the show, and 30,000 more identities will be revealed, at the Daryl Roth Theatre in Union Square. With a second extension to the hit show's New York Premiere engagement, IN & OF ITSELF will now play through December 30, 2017 - effectively quadrupling its original ten-week run.

Direct from London and an international tour, Complicite's acclaimed production of The Encounter, conceived, directed and performed by Simon McBurney, begins performances tonight at Broadway's John Golden Theatre (252 West 45th Street). The producers of HAIR have announced the addition of six new cast members to the Tony Award-winning musical. Krystal Joy Brown, Heath Calvert, Matt DeAngelis, Rachel Bay Jones, Hannah Shankman and Ryan Watkinson have now joined the 'Tribe.' HAIR began preview performances on March 6 at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street, NYC) and opened to rave reviews on March 31, 2009.
