Cape Town City Ballet's rendition of ROMEO AND JULIET is a rich tapestry of music, dance, colour and emotion. The score is exquisite, and it was an absolute treat to have it played live by the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra under internationally renowned guest conductor Jonathan Lo. A live orchestra paired with ballet always makes my heart sing.

Set to Georges Bizet's dramatic, famous score, CARMEN will be performed to a recording by the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra. Inspired by Prosper Mérimée's romantic novel of 1845, CARMEN is the ultimate tale of love, passion, betrayal and revenge.

Cape Town City Ballet presents a sumptuous production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL a?" THE STORY OF SCROOGE that's perfect holiday entertainment for the whole family! The production will be presented at Artscape Theatre from 14 to 24 December.
