RAWdance Premieres SHADOW (PART 1) On Double Bill This Fall
Under the banner of TAKE 3, bicoastal contemporary dance company RAWdance returns to ODC Theater's virtual stage October 29 - 30 with two works by the company's three artistic directors. Shadow (part 1) premieres with choreography by Ryan T. Smith and Wendy Rein.

The Broad Stage has announced three live and in person attractions for fall 2021 – starting with the West Coast Premiere of the new opera Birds in the Moon, co-commissioned by The Broad Stage, for four outdoor performances in Santa Monica September 1 through 4.

Last weekend at Marcus Garvey Park The National Black Theatre and the New York Philharmonic, together, were bringing culture back to Harlem and to New York City. Watch this video for a recap of the events that included performances by Paul Beaubrun, Sing Harlem Choir, DJ Grand Wizzard Theodore, violinist Curtis Stewart, soprano Laquita Mitchell and The Harlem Chamber Players, and more.

After expanding to the East Coast in 2019, RAWdance's three artistic directors will unite March 12 a?" 15, 2020 for TRIPLE TAKE, an eclectic trio of new works for an ensemble of ten dancers. Performances run Thursday to Saturday at 8 p.m., and Sunday at 3 p.m. Tickets, $25 - $60, are now on sale at odc.dance/tripletake. Triple Take is co-presented by ODC Theater.

Rounding out the program is a remount of Brilliant Alarm, which premiered last year as part of YBCA's Transform Fest. Tickets, $25 - $40, will go on sale November 6 at YBCA.org. Roar is presented in association with YBCA.

Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver Chad Ochocinco (formerly Chad Johnson) is using his off-season to pursue happiness off the field in his new VH1 original series 'Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch.' The series is a mix of Ochocinco's on-field charisma blended with the drama of the dating pool played out in a bracket-style dating tournament. The special 90-minute premiere episode airs on Sunday, July 11 at 9:00 PM*. Also premiering on the same night is 'The T.O. Show' Season 2. This season starts with Terrell back on the free market where he needs to decide if he wants to continue his football career and find another team or hang up his cleats and figure out what his life will be post football. Season 2 of 'The T.O. Show' premieres on Sunday, July 11 at 10:30 PM* and every Sunday following at 10:00 PM*.
