“Bill W. and Dr. Bob,” produced by Theatre 68 and directed by and starring Ronnie Marmo, has been extended by popular demand through April 28 at the Richard Christiansen Theater of the Biograph Theater in Lincoln Park.

Full cast announced for 'Bill W. and Dr. Bob' showing at Biograph Theater starting March 7. Directed by and starring Ronnie Marmo, the play will run in repertory with the return of Marmo's smash hit 'I'm Not A Comedian... I'm Lenny Bruce,' Directed by Joe Mantegna, premiering March 14.

Ronnie Marmo and Theatre 68 has announced two plays coming to the Richard Christiansen Theater of the Biograph Theater in Lincoln Park (2433 N. Lincoln Ave.). 

Ronnie Marmo and Theatre 68 will present the return of critically acclaimed BILL W. AND DR. BOB after a seven-year absence. This is the gripping, true story about the two men who founded Alcoholics Anonymous, written by Stephen Bergman and Janet Surrey.

The album was produced by band members Ellia Bisker and Jeff Morris, half the tracks recorded at Figure 8 in Brooklyn, NY, the rest at Tonal Park in Takoma Park, MD with the very last song being a home recording. Super Natural History will be released on CD, as a 12-inch colored vinyl LP and on all digital platforms.

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) today announced the winners of the 46th Annual Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Awards. The gala was held at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, Southern California.

Laura Pitt-Pulford and Louis Maskell are returning to their roles in Flowers for Mrs Harris after previously being in the 2016 Sheffield Crucible run. Laura Pitt-Pulford garnered an Olivier nomination for playing Milly in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and has also been seen in Side Show and Nell Gwynn. Louis Maskell is best-known for playing the lead role of Grinpayne in The Grinning Man, which was on earlier this year at the Trafalgar Studios.

Out of Box Theatre's annual adults-only holiday sketch show Santa After Hours returns for its eighth season. This year they bring you Holiday Party Crashers, and it promises to be their best show yet. Out of Box Artistic Director Carolyn Choe says, 'Of course we say that every year, but you know, we cross our fingers and hope for the best.' Each season, Santa After Hours is a completely new show written by a bunch of local playwrights/actors who are certainly on the naughty list and are collectively known as 'The Usual Gang of Idiots.'

Vietnam veteran Bob Smith and certified nursing assistant Sara Rhodes have released their debut novel, 'Iniquities of Gulch Fork.' The book presents a small-town Arkansas tale of a veteran, his caretaker and their journey to overcoming the impacts of PTSD and addiction as well as a crooked gang of local criminals who take advantage of the elderly and disabled.
