Fall is finally here, which means it's almost time for National Pierogy Day! For the last nine years, Americans have joined together with friends on October 8 th to enjoy Mrs. T's Pierogies and celebrate the Eastern European delicacy, featuring whipped potatoes in a pasta shell. This October 8 th is a milestone for Mrs. T's Pierogies, the largest producer of frozen pierogies in the country, because the company is celebrating its 65 th anniversary.
