Thousands of theatre fans flocked to Trafalgar Square in central London today, which has been transformed into an open air theatre like no other for West End LIVE 2021 – Europe’s biggest free theatre festival – marking the emotional return of London’s world-leading theatreland after 18 months of shutdown.

WICKED IN CONCERT: A Musical Celebration of the Iconic Broadway Score will air on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 9:00 p.m. ET.

Displays include costumes from Broadway, Off Broadway and National Tours, including A Soldier's Play, Aladdin, Chicago, Come From Away, The Cher Show, Dear Evan Hansen, Frozen, Golden Child, Hamilton, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, The Lion King, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Mrs. Doubtfire, The Phantom of the Opera, SIX, Wicked; and more!

Chance Theater will present the Orange County premiere of Pasek and Paul’s musical, Edges as the third show in its 23rd Anniversary Season, and the first show presented live and in-person since shutting its doors on March 13, 2020. This clever and charming musical is directed by Resident Artist James Michael McHale and music direction is by Resident Artist Robyn Manion. The show is performing July 9 - August 8, 2021.
