Alves plays the role of Tago in the world premiere of The New World , the musical comedy that is getting raves from critics. American Theater Company (ATC) opens musical comedy Xanadu, the final production of its Legacy Season, this Sunday, June 5. Presented as a tribute to ATC's late Artistic Director PJ Paparelli-a not-so-secret fan of this camp classic-Xanadu is directed by Lili-Anne Brown and runs at ATC now through July 17, 2016. The production has music and lyrics by Jeff Lynne and John Farrar and a book by Douglas Carter Beane, based on the 1980 Universal Pictures film of the same title.

On December 15th, 2014, Sing For Your Seniors hosted one of its Broadway Sessions with cast members from Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella on Broadway for the patients of Calvary Cancer Hospital. The musical performance hosted by Sing For Your Seniors' Board Member Brett Teresa, included songs of the performer's choosing as well of songs from Cinderella. Samuel Goldwyn Films has entered an agreement with Shout! Factory to release the classic Lesley Ann Warren version of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella on home video. Cinderella comes to life in this 50th Anniversary Edition of the most beloved fairy tale of all time, now available on DVD from Shout! Factory.
