The popular pop-jazz duo Eric Comstock and Barbara Fasano return to the Metropolitan Room, 34 West 22nd Street, to premiere "The Night Has a Thousand Eyes" for a one-week major engagement running through Saturday October 20. The newly minted evening features a treasure chest of assorted jazz and pop gems that the husband and wife tandem pull out by the handful -- songs from the Duke Ellington, Jerome Kern, Cole Porter, Joni Mitchell, Stephen Sondheim and Tom Waits. Actress/Director Phylicia Rashad made her Los Angeles directorial debut with the Ebony Repertory Theatre's production of Lorraine Hansberry's classic play A RAISIN IN THE SUN.
