Last night, Rita Moreno joined her 'One Day at a Time' costar Justina Machado and creator Gloria Calderon on the 'Busy Tonight' couch. During the interview, Moreno talks playing Lydia on the Netflix remake of the hit '70s show and she even divulges some information about the upcoming reboot of 'West Side Story'!

Rita Moreno stopped by the SiriusXM studios to talk  about the upcoming season of Netflix's One Day At A Time. While at the SiriusXM studios Moreno sat down with SiriusXM host Jessica Shaw where they discussed the new West Side Story.  

Arthur Laurents was best known for his work as librettist on Gypsy and West Side Story, but was also well known as a playwright, having won a Tony Award® for Hallelujah, Baby! in 1968. Later as a director, he was Tony-nominated for Gypsy in 1975 (and the 2008 revival) as well as the original 1984 La Cage Aux Folles.

Feinstein's at Loews Regency is now presenting the Tony Award winning theater icon Betty Buckley in an exclusive four week run of the new show 'Ah Men! The Boys of Broadway.' In the show, Buckley performs men's songs from Broadway shows that she has always wanted to sing, including numbers from Sweeney Todd, West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, On A Clear Day You Can See Forever, Pippin, Mame and La Cage Aux Folles. She is joined by Christian Jacob on piano, Peter Barshay on bass and Anthony Pinciotti on drums. The show runs through October 29 at Feinstein's. First reported by Deadline.com was the sad news that legendary director and writer Arthur Laurents has passed away at 93 years old, dying in his sleep. The Los Angeles Times has added a short statement from Jonathan Lomma, Laurents' agent at William Morris Agency who confirmed his death Thursday, saying that 'he died earlier this evening, peacefully in his sleep, at his home in New York City, after a short illness.'
