Obie Award-winner James Jackson, Jr., most recently seen in Michael R. Jackson’s A Strange Loop and White Girl in Danger, is no newcomer to cabaret. However, on Saturday June 1st, 9:30 pm and Sunday June 2nd at 7 pm, the singer will be making his “debut” all over again in the satirical CABARET...DEBUT, a Pride month kickoff show at Pangea.

Molly Gordan, writer, director and actor of Theater Camp, has found her next project. According to multiple reports, the multi-hyphenate is set to direct a reimagining of the 1987 comedy Outrageous Fortune which starred Shelly Long and Bette Midler. The film is co-written by co-written by Gordon and Allie Levitan and will center on rival actors who clash on a scrappy indie film set.

Little Angel Theatre’s Children’s Puppet Festival will return for its second year after a successful launch in 2023. The new festival won a one-off Offie Award at this year’s Off West End Award Ceremony for its work showcasing many different styles of puppetry by award-winning companies for a wide range of different age groups.

The cast has been set for the National Theatre's production of The Importance of Being Earnest.The cast will be led by Richard Cant as Reverend Canon Chasuble, Sharon D Clarke  as Lady Bracknell, Ncuti Gatwa as Algernon Moncrieff, Amanda Lawrence as Miss Prism, and Hugh Skinner as Jack Worthing.
