Profiles in History, an auction house located in Southern California, announced on Wednesday that Liza Minnelli would be auctioning off more than 1,000 items from her personal collection of items, including items that belonged to her mother, Judy Garland, and her filmmaker father, Vincente Minnelli, in the auction dubbed 'Love, Liza'. The dazzling list of items includes her signature Cabaret costume -- the classic bowler hat, boots, and halter top vest included -- and her Cabaret script, complete with her hand-written annotations. In addition to these, the 'Love, Liza' auction will also include her 1971 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow.

PITTSBURGH CLO is pleased to welcome a collection of writing teams from across the country to Pittsburgh for the inaugural SPARK festival in March. These teams were chosen from a highly-selective submissions process and will have the opportunity to rehearse and revise their work in residencies ranging from two days to three weeks. SPARK will provide dramaturgy and production resources to 10 new musicals at all stages of development, in addition to the world premiere of UP AND AWAY. As a part of the development period, eight of the musicals will receive public presentations through which the writing teams can gather audience insights and focus their intentions for the next phase of development. A major initiative of Pittsburgh CLO's recently completed Next Generation Capital Campaign, SPARK is designed to cultivate new and innovative work from emerging and established musical theater artists. 

On February 16, Craft Recordings will release a deluxe edition of one of the most iconic and enduring records in jazz.

Drayton Entertainment brings their popular production of the world-wide smash-hit musical MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET to Toronto. Written by Colin Escott and Floyd Mutrux, the Drayton Entertainment production is directed by Alex Mustakas, the company's artistic director. MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET will play at Toronto's Panasonic Theatre tonight, December 12, 2017, through January 7, 2018. Media night is December 13 at 8PM. From September 22, 2016, to February 5, 2017, the Museum of Arts and Design (MAD) presents Chris Antemann: Forbidden Fruit, an installation of 21 porcelain sculptures resulting from the collaboration between Oregon-based artist Chris Antemann and the renowned MEISSEN Porcelain Manufactory in Germany. Invited in 2011 to participate in MEISSEN's art studio program, Antemann worked closely with the manufactory's master artisans to create unique pieces and a series of limited editions that reinvent and reinvigorate the legendary figurative tradition
