Beginning tonight, August 8th, David Ayers will be the new Buffalo Bill in Off-Broadway's sellout sensation SILENCE! The Musical at its new home, the brand new Elektra Theatre in the heart of Times Square. David Ayers is replacing Stephen Bienskie, who is departing to recreate his original role in the upcoming L.A. production of SILENCE! The Elektra Theatre has been specially constructed to be the new home of SILENCE! and is located at 669 Eighth Avenue (at 42nd St.)

Winner of the 2012 Off Broadway Alliance Award for Best Musical, SILENCE! The Musical the unauthorized parody of The Silence of the Lambs, with book by Hunter Bell, music & lyrics by Jon and Al Kaplan, and direction & choreography by Christopher Gattelli, will open a Los Angeles company with performances beginning August 31, at the Hayworth Theatre. There will be an 8:30 after party immediately following the 7 PM performance of SILENCE! The Musical.

SILENCE! The Musical is celebrating Gay Pride weekend with a special added matinee performance today, June 23 at 3 PM at PS122. The cast of the smash hit show is scheduled to appear in Sunday's Pride March, which begins at noon at 36th St. & Fifth Ave. and ends at Christopher & Greenwich Streets. The cast will be bringing along fun surprise goodies to hand out to all their fans in the crowd.
