English Touring Theatre today announces that Andrew Hughes joins the company as a Producer, having previously been Assistant to the Artistic Director at the Young Vic Theatre. Andrew began his career as Producing Assistant with Punchdrunk, originally appointed through the inaugural year of the DCMS Jerwood Creative Bursaries programme, and went on to work with international touring company Blind Summit, independent Producer Vicky Graham and multi-disciplinary arts organisation Siobhan Davies Dance. As an independent Producer he most recently developed and produced Ross & Rachel by Olivier nominee James Fritz, which enjoyed a critically acclaimed, award-winning run at the Edinburgh Festival, a New York transfer and two subsequent UK tours.

Rubicon Theatre Company presents the outrageously funny, critically-acclaimed comedy Buyer & Cellar by Jonathan Tolins. The production is directed by Ovation Award-winner Stephanie A. The Donmar Warehouse today announces that Josie Rourke is to step down in 2019, after eight years as Artistic Director, and Executive Producer Kate Pakenham will leave in June 2018. The team were the first female partnership to run a London theatre. During Rourke and Pakenham's tenure the Donmar stage has seen ground-breaking productions, including BAFTA-nominated The Vote, with Dame Judi Dench, which reached over half a million homes on the night of the 2015 General Election; the award-winning Coriolanus with Tom Hiddleston (2013); and the culture-shifting all-female Shakespeare Trilogy starring Harriet Walter, from director Phyllida Lloyd (2012-2016) in London and New York, and on screen.
