In this thrilling adaptation of Susan Hill's horror novella, set on a lonely English moor, near an isolated causeway, a traumatized man recruits an actor to help him exorcise the ghost of the Woman in Black. Below, BroadwayWorld is excited to share a creepy new trailer for the show, coming to Playhouse on the Park this Halloween season!

The two men perform the story about an up-and-coming young solicitor who has come to attend the funeral and settle the estate of Mrs. Alice Drablow of the Eel Marsh House. The routine formalities give way to a tumble of events and secrets more sinister and terrifying than any nightmare. The suspense builds until the ghost's terrible secret is finally revealed. Acclaimed by audiences and critics alike, The Woman in Black is the second longest running play in the history of London's West End.

The Woman In Black is both a brilliant exercise in atmosphere and controlled horror and a delicious spine-tingler - proof positive that a neglected genre, the ghost story, isn't dead after all. Adapted by Stephen Mallatratt, based on the novel by Susan Hill, directed by Elaine 'EE' Moe, produced by Davisson Entertainment. Starring Valley favorites, David Dickinson & Greg Lutz.

The Woman in Black opens on October 31st and runs for one week only until November 5th. Regular Tickets are available by calling the Box Office at 602-734-5734 or by visiting www.womaninblackphx.com. The Playhouse is located inside of the BMO Building at 1850 N. Central Avenue in downtown Phoenix.
