The 2018 Chita Rivera Awards were handed out earlier this week at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts, at a ceremony hosted by Orfeh and Andy Karl.

Broadway Backwards (#BroadwayBackwards) took the stage last night, April 2, 2018, at Broadway's Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street, NYC), currently home to the Tony Award-winning Best Musical Kinky Boots. The evening was produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and benefits Broadway Cares and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center in New York City. 

Manhattan Concert Productions (MCP) presented Broadway Classics in Concert, on Tuesday, February 20, 8:00 PM, in Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall. Composer Scott Frankel and lyricist Michael Korie, the celebrated team behind Broadway musicals Grey Gardens and War Paint, are two of today's top contributors of new standards to the American musical theater repertoire. On Saturday night the duo was celebrated with a special evening at the Appel Room as a part of Lincoln Center's American Songbook series.

This weekend Manhattan Concert Productions (MCP) will present the 25th Anniversary concert performance of Gershwin's Tony Award-winning musical comedy Crazy for You, on February 19, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. at David Geffen Hall, Lincoln Center.

Five-time Tony Award winner Susan Stroman will direct and choreograph Manhattan Concert Productions' 25th Anniversary concert performances of Crazy for You. In addition to Stroman's choreography from the original production, this performance features a stunning Broadway and television cast (led by Laura Osnes and Tony Yazbeck), including a professional creative team, a chorus of 240 singers from across the United States, and the enlarged forces of the New York City Chamber Orchestra.

In attendance today was the cast of FINDING NEVERLAND (Laura Michelle Kelly, Jackson Demott Hill, Christopher Paul Richards, Jack McCarthy, Eli Tokash, and Alex Dreier) who performed the songs 'Stars,' 'Neverland,' and 'All That Matters.' Check out highlights below!

An all-star roster of theater artists gathered today to record the new benefit single 'What the World Needs Now is Love' for victims of the Orlando Shooting. Broadway Records President Van Dean, Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley announced the single and the charitable initiative 'Broadway for Orlando' earlier today.
