This past fall, Rent vet Adam Pascal stepped into the shoes of Tony nominee Chad Kimball as Broadway's newest 'Huey Calhoun' in MEMPHIS. MEMPHIS posted a contest on their Facebook fan page for fans to write a 'Jingle Bells' parody in the MEMPHIS style and post it on the MEMPHIS Facebook wall. To win, they had to acquire the most 'likes' on their lyrics.

MEMPHIS takes place in the smoky halls and underground clubs of the segregated 50's, where a young white DJ named Huey Calhoun (Adam Pascal) fell in love with everything he shouldn't: rock and roll and an electrifying black singer (Montego Glover). MEMPHIS is an original story about the cultural revolution that erupted when his vision met her voice, and the music changed forever.

The musical JERSEY BOYS is currently playing a return engagement at The National Theatre through January 7, 2012. The premiere engagement of JERSEY BOYS in Washington, D.C., was an overwhelming success, seen by more than 130,000 theatergoers, breaking The National Theatre's box office record previously held by Monty Python's Spamalot, and going on to break its own record three more times.

The national touring production of MEMPHIS, the 2010 Tony Award-winning Best Musical, kicked off on October 16, 2011 at the Orpheum Theatre in Memphis, TN (203 South Main Street) where it will play through October 23. Check out highlights from the tour below!
