In 2020 Patti LuPone spoke with musical theater legend Stephen Sondheim for 'CBS Sunday Morning,' to discuss his craft, his favorite character, and his college acting career. With the passing of Sondheim on Friday, November 26 at age 91, CBS Sunday Morning showed their conversation – and her appreciation of Sondheim's artistry.

Mirroring the revival's first preview just a few weeks back, the night started with a pre-performance speech from director Marianne Elliott where she brought the full cast of Company to the stage. The cast, creative team and crew dedicated both the performance and the run to composer Stephen Sondheim. 

Last night, the revival of COMPANY starring Tony winner Katrina Lenk and two-time Tony winner Patti LuPone resumed previews on Broadway at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre. COMPANY will open on Thursday, December 9.

Earlier this year, Ann was interviewed by BroadwayWorld's Richard Ridge from her home in Arizona. During the hour of storytelling, she opened up about how she fell in love with dance as a young girl, recounted stories of her career on stage and screen, working with Bob Fosse, teaching young dancers across the country, and so much more.
