Disney's recent production of THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME, based on the novel by Victor Hugo and the Disney animated film, may not be Broadway-bound, but in just one week, fans who missed the Paper Mill and La Jolla Playhouse productions will get to hear it. The American Premiere Studio Recording of The Hunchback of Notre Dame, the only stage collaboration from two masters of the American musical Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz, will be released on January 22, and we've got a special sneak peek! Click below to check out an exclusive track from the album- 'Someday,' as performed by Ciara Renee and Andrew Samonsky, who played Esmerelda and Phoebus.

Yesterday, the cast of Broadway's SPRING AWAKENING had fun some backstage performing 'Satisfied' from Lin-Manuel Miranda's HAMILTON. This history-making Broadway revival of SPRING AWAKENING, performed simultaneously in American Sign Language and spoken English by a cast of 28, is breaking boundaries yet again. But this time, their new cast members could have stumbled straight out of THE WALKING DEAD. Michael Arden, Kelli Barrett, Bill Berloni, Robert Fairchild, Sutton Foster, Lesli Margherita, Andrea McArdle, Orfeh,Hugh Panaro, Kate Rockwell, Jarrod Spector and Alysha Umphress all took part in Best in Shows, a star-studded cabaret evening to benefit the Humane Society of New York, at Feinstein's/ 54 Below. Oscar and Tony Award-winnerJoel Grey was awarded the first annual Humane Society of New York's Sandy Award, presented to an artist who has shown a fierce commitment, through action and advocacy, to the cause of animal rights.

Performers from the beloved Off-Broadway musical BARE came together just last night to honor the show's late creator, Damon Intrabartolo, at Feinstein's/ 54 Below. Cast members from the original Los Angeles and Off-Broadway companies, as well as those from the recent revival at New World Stages, reunited to celebrate Intrabartolo, who passed away in 2013. Led by Kristin Hanggi, performers included Michael Arden, Jenna Leigh Green, John HIll, Natalie Joy Johnson, Taylor Trensch, Jonah Platt, and many more!

Arden best known for starring on Broadway in Bob Dylan and Twyla Tharp's musical The Times They Are A-Changin.' Additional Broadway credits include the Roundabout Theatre Company's presentation of the Deaf West Theatre sign-language production of Big River. Other credits include Ace, Swimming in the Shallows, Bare, Harold & Maude and It's Only Life Off-Broadway. Arden also joined Barbra Streisand during her world concert tour and appeared in the City Center Encores! staging of Juno.
