The Lyceum Theatre is the place to be today as Broadway gets an upgrade! The cult hit Be More Chill, featuring music and lyrics by Joe Iconis, a book by Joe Tracz , direction by Stephen Brackett and choreography by Chase Brock, officially opens tonight, March 10, 2019.

The National Tour of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical has already visited cities across the country, and this March it returns to New York City for a six-performance run at the Beacon Theatre. Will Roland joined AM to DM by BuzzFeed News this morning to discuss his return to Broadway as the star in the new musical, 'Be More Chill,' his real-life take on high school, how social media has affected theatre, and what Broadway revival he'd love to star in. During the interview he spoke about 1776 saying, 'I love 1776. It's a great show that does not get enough credit. It's all about this short, loud man screaming America into existence.'

Ghostlight Records has announced the release of "Loser Geek Whatever" - the brand-new single from the Broadway-bound musical sensation BE MORE CHILL - performed by its acclaimed star, Will Roland. "Loser Geek Whatever" was written for the recent Off Broadway production and proved to be a popular fan favorite and the show's breakout showstopper.

The New York Lottery and McCann New York have teamed up to create a new ad showing that the odds of falling in love with a stranger on the street are even smaller than winning the lotto. The commercial, composed by Be More Chill's Joe Iconis, shows a young couple who meet crossing the street. They proceed to sing a romantic song about how great they are for each other before realizing they just don't have much in common.

The Minneapolis' Children's Theatre Company presents the new musical based on Jeff Kinney's best-selling book series, DIARY OF A WIMPY KID, with a score byJonathan Larson Award and Ed Kleban Award winner Joe Iconis (THE BLACK SUITS, THINGS TO RUIN), a book by Joe Tracz (BE MORE CHILL w/Iconis).

Ghostlight Records and Two River Theater have released the Original Cast Recording of the new musical BE MORE CHILL in digital formats today, October 30. Check out a special 'Making of the Cast Album' video -- featuring several songs along with exclusive footage of the recording session, the production and interviews with the cast and creative team -- below! The international digital release will be on Friday, November 13; with physical CDs in stores and online Friday, December 18.

Two River Theater presents the world premiere of Be More Chill, a new musical with music and lyrics by Joe Iconis and book by Joe Tracz, based on the acclaimed 2004 novel by Ned Vizzini.
