Happy Birthday, Stephanie J. Block! On Broadway, Block has starred in The Boy From Oz, Wicked, The Pirate Queen, 9 To 5, Anything Goes, and The Mystery of Edwin Drood. In addition, she originated the role of Elphaba in the first national tour of Wicked and in 2010 starred as Grizabella in the Municipal Opera Production production of Cats. Also that year, she starred as Sonia Walsk alongside Jason Alexander in the Reprise Theatre Company's production of They're Playing Our Song.

With a screenplay by Ahrens, and directed by Christopher Ashley, the new movie version of the Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty musical LUCKY STIFF is now in theaters and On Demand. This hysterical musical comedy with a romantic heart stars Tony Award-winners Jason Alexander (JEROME ROBBINS BROADWAY, FISH IN THE DARK) and Nikki M. Jason Alexander stopped by this week's THE VIEW on ABC to talk about returning to the Broadway stage after 25 years in Larry David's FISH IN THE DARK.

Tony Award-winning actor Jason Alexander recently assumed the role of 'Norman Drexel' in Larry David's hit comedy Fish In the Dark, directed by Anna D. Shapiro, at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street). Alexander steps into the role created by David in the comedy about a death in the family. The limited engagement run of the production, originally scheduled through June 7, is extended for six weeks through Sunday, July 19. Click below to watch a montage of Alexander in the show!

Larry David and Jason Alexander stopped by last night's TONIGHT SHOW to talk to Jimmy about their Broadway play Fish in the Dark.

FISH IN THE DARK writer and star Larry David is known for his kvetching and complaining about life and the comic had plenty to say before presenting the award for Best Musical at last night's TONY AWARDS.

            Tony Award winner Jason Alexander, who joins the cast of Larry David's FISH IN THE DARK on Tuesday, June 9, surprised the author and star of the hit comedy with a cameo appearance during the Thursday, June 4 performance at the Cort Theatre.

Jason Alexander will join the cast of Larry David's hit comedy about a death in the family, Fish In the Dark beginning Tuesday, June 9 at the Cort Theater (138 West 48th Street). Several Tony Award-winners teamed up to bring an adaptation of the 1988 musical LUCKY STIFF to the big screen. Starring Jason Alexander, the late Dennis Farina, Dominic Marsh, Nikki M. James, Don Amendolia, Pamela Shaw and Kate Shindle, the movie will compete in the 'Feature Film' competition of this year's Montreal World Film Festival.
