Art can be a Bloody business. The local production of BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON saw that first hand when Producer/Director/Star Ben Dicke was severely injured hours before curtain on opening night. This week Eden re-visits the company to learn how they coped with that frightening incident, and how they recovered to finally open this regional premiere. Watch the interview below!

Host Eden Lane kicks of the fifth season of IN FOCUS with a behind-the-scenes look at the Colorado premiere of BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON. The production has been postponed due to a tragic accident on opening night involving the lead/ producer/ director Ben Dicke.

The First National Tour of THE BOOK OF MORMON launches in Denver tomorrow, August 14-September 2 at The Ellie Caulkins Opera House. In the video below, Colorado natives Matt Stone and Trey Parker Chat with In Focus' Eden Lane about creating their first Broadway musical, and launching the tour. Gavin Creel talks about his first visit to Denver, a new appreceation of touring, and reveals his thoughts about taking on a role orginated by a close friend.

On In Focus with Eden Lane this week, Lane makes a special backstage visit at Jersey Boys to meet a Colorado actor, Stephen Cerf, on his first tour stopping at the Buell Theatre. She also meets the talented women who portray the Jersey Girls. Finally, Lane has early visit with Randy Weeks, president and executive director of Denver Center Attractions, to learn about the upcoming 2013-14 season. Watch the video below!
